Having put so much into being the best they possibly can be during their early career, we believe it’s a ‘shame for these talents to go to waste. The Life after Rugby approach is to transition ex players to a new career in selling and buying property, utilising and employing their engrained disciplines, redeploying them and taking them back to the top of their game.

From the outset, your house will be on Rightmove, that still remains the preferred means of finding a house in the UK.
However, in addition we have a rather unique ‘little’ black book. There are several thousand rugby clubs in the UK and there are several hundred thousand rugby players. Add to that there are 12 million people in the UK who ‘like and watch’ rugby. On the international stage, there are over 130 countries that play rugby. Konecta Park is working hard on developing the largest global union of property focussed guys and girls. The network is global.

If you are presently a member of a rugby club, or can demonstrate you are in the process of becoming a member of a club.
Alternatively if you are a member of a national membership (example, England First XV) then the commission rate is below is 0.95%.
